Kymco Agility 50 Manual

KYMCO AGILITY 50 maintenance procedures. Section 1 contains the precautions for all operations described in this manual. Read carefully before starting any operation. Section 2 is the extraction procedure / installation of frame caps that are subject to an increased frequency of removal / installation during the maintenance and maintenance operations. Section 3 describes the procedures of inspection / adjustment, safety rules and information service for each party, beginning with periodic maintenance. Sections 6 to 17 give instructions for disassembly, Assembly and inspection of motor, frame chassis and electrical equipment. Most of the sections start with an Assembly or an illustration of the system and problem solving for the section. The following pages provide procedures for the section.
Be sure to install new gaskets, o-rings, rings, circular, pins, etc to reassembling. Tighten screws or nuts, start with one diameter greater than the smallest repeatedly and diagonally tighten to the specified torque. Use original parts and lubricants. To perform maintenance on the motorcycle, be sure to use special tools for removal and installation. After disassembly, clean the removed items. Lubricate the sliding surfaces with engine oil before reassembling. Apply or add fats and lubricants to the specified lubrication points. After reassembling, check that all parts are tight and operated correctly. When two people work together, pay attention to the safety of mutual work. Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery (-) before the operation. When you use a wrench or other tools, make sure not to damage the surface of the motorcycle. After the operation, check all connection points, fasteners and lines for proper connection and installation. When connecting the battery, first the positive terminal (+) must be connected. After the connection, apply grease on the terminals of the battery. The Terminal covers must be installed safely.
