1. Check if there is a problem with the water supply. 2. If the water supply is normal but the fabric softener is not dispensed, the dispenser may be clogged. Clean inside the dispenser. 3. In order to clean the dispenser, pull the dispenser out as far as it will go and for drum washers, press and hold the center of the cover cap and pull it out. For other washers, pull the dispenser out and lift it up to take it out. 4. Remove the fabric softener cap and check if the hole is clogged, and clean it with a small brush (such as a toothbrush). 5. Assemble the fabric softener cap in the dispenser you've removed. 6. Assemble the dispenser back into the washer. 7. In order to check that the dispenser is working, add fabric softener below the MAX fill line and gently push the dispenser to close it. 8. Select Rinse 1 time and press Start button. 8. When water supply is completed, open the dispenser to check if the fabric softener is properly dispensed. 9. Fabric softeners with high viscosity may not be dispensed. 10. If you use a high-viscosity fabric softener, dilute it with water before using.
